Genz-Ryan Design Studio is an award-winning Kohler custom shower showroom and boasts the largest interactive display space in the Twin Cities area. There is much to see in the 7,000-square-foot showroom—and much to try out.

This is the only fully interactive heating, cooling and air quality showroom in the state. That may sound trivial, says co-owner Jon Ryan, but “you can’t just go by looks; you truly need to test drive it, hear it operate, watch the parts all work together.”

You will also see the latest in plumbing and design trends staged among 14 vignettes. Hundreds of plumbing fixtures are on display; 130 are fully functional.

“Nearly every plumbing fixture in our studio is operational, so you know not only how your fixtures look, but how they work,” Ryan says.

The owners have been involved in the company and industry since childhood; combined, they have more than 75 years experience. That experience, combined with a staff of highly trained consultants, equals exceptional service, from selection to design, installation, warranty and maintenance. Appointments are strongly encouraged to ensure the best assistance.

“The true benefit of our showroom is that you are not only meeting with the company that will supply your fixtures,” Ryan says. “Genz-Ryan is the same company that installs the product and warranties it. That piece of mind and convenience cannot be found anywhere else.”  

Showroom hours:

Monday and Thursday, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
