Askov Finlayson Debuts Fall Lookbook

The North Loop retailer debuts its new branded collection, with the help of a local top model.

Askov Finlayson has been full of news lately. After just announcing plans for a move and expansion of its North Loop store and last year’s launch of its own in-house brand (not to mention a recent “best men’s stores in America” nod in a recent issue of Esquire), the Dayton brothers-owned retailer has debuted its fall catalog. It highlights the shop’s expanded selection of Askov Finlayson-branded products, including its “Explorer” pant (now available in a nifty two-tone colorway), “North” stocking caps, and a branded sweatshirt created in collaboration with local yarn-bombing artist HOTTEA.

It also stars Minnesota model Will Defiel of Vision Management Group, whom some eagle-eyed readers may remember as the face of Calvin Klein menswear in fall 2009, and features art direction from Wit & Delight lifestyle blogger Kate Arends (who recently was tapped to design a party collection for Target) and photography by Brandon Werth.
