The Shop That Has It All

There’s a new shop in Bryn Mawr, conveniently located on the top floor of Studio 411. Even more convenient: It’s a true one-stop shop; a place where I can get a haircut, facial, mani, and pedi, plus a fabulous new outfit complete with accessories. The concept delights me, but seriously worries my husband.

411 Top Floor salon owner Jeffery Caron teamed up with Diane Pawlik to create this gem of a store as an “unexpected boutique above it all.” The idea behind the shop is simple: great merchandise and personalized services offered in a convenient location. And although the space is small, there is a nice assortment of merchandise.

The product mix includes such designers as Trina Turk, John Varvatos, Scotch & Soda, and James Jeans, to name a few. All pieces and lines were chosen to provide clients with classic, on-trend, quality merchandise. That vision paired with the shop’s emphasis on customer service makes it a top shop in more than just its location.

Personalized shopping is especially attractive to many clients who have a busy lifestyle and hate going to the mall, yet want to look their best. Diane offers a free personal-shopping service; it’s like having your own wardrobe stylist. (I may have to sign up my husband for this.)

The shop also offers a concierge service for gifts. And, to be honest, the prices are really good!

Stop by this Saturday, March 16, from 4 to 8 p.m. for snacks and libations to celebrate the store’s official opening.
