Nelle's New Look

Laura Nelli launched a updated brand and website today, and boy, is it pretty! This comes as no surprise from the woman who started out not knowing how to sew a stitch, but wanting to create her own handbag line—and has built such an impeccable reptuation for her goods as well as gone on to be one of my perennial best-ofs and has graced the pages of O and Martha Stewart Weddings. The new, clean, beautiful site was styled by Laura, photographed by Cadence Cornelius. L’Atelier Couture Bridal provided the bridal gowns, and Bella Bridesmaid provided the bridesmaid gowns. Emily J. did the makeup (I’ve always loved Emily J.’s logo, too!). I tell you this because I often getting requests for recommendations for wedding services and they did a bang-up job on the site! I also always hear good things about this group of ladies.

If you’re local, you’re lucky enough to shop Nelli’s collection in person at L’Atelier Couture. The trunk show is April 11-14 (that’s right, starts tomorrow!) and brides or collectors, take note: if you order four or more clutches, take 10 percent off. Laura herself will be on hand to help at most appointments.

The new site also offers free standard shipping in the USA. Every style in every color is available to see (so much better than swatches!) and there is even a Ready to Ship section if you absolutely can’t wait to get your hands on one of her clutches. (All other clutches take up to four weeks for creation and shipping.)

Lastly, if you want to get in on all the Nelle action, join her Pinterest contest! Make a character style board to express your style, and include your favorite Nelle pieces for a shot at a Nelle Style Package. Seriously, you get to choose one clutch from each of her five collections—that’s FIVE clutches—for the best, most creative board. For inspiration, check out Nelle’s Character Style board. (Read the rules and regulations.)

Can’t wait to see these clutches in the hands of TC ladies!
