Cheers to Youth Farm

If you haven’t grabbed tickets for Youth Farm Springfest, you still have time. Springfest will take place tomorrow, May 9, from 5-8 p.m. at Summit Brewery.

The fundraising event for Youth Farm, supporting young minds and healthy communities via youth farming programs, will feature food prepared by Alex Roberts of Restaurant Alma, along with other Twin Cities chefs.

“Guests will eat, drink, and make merry, all while supporting Youth Farm and Market Project,” said Aimee Tritt, a food runner at Youth Farm and Market.

Tickets to the main event cost $50 and include food sampling from 6-8 p.m., plus a pint of Summit. The VIP Experience is $75 and includes two pints, a private brewery tour at 5 p.m. sharp, followed by an exclusive tasting and conversation with Alex Roberts. VIPs will join the main event from 6 to 8 p.m. Additional pints will be available for $2. Buy tickets online. All proceeds support Youth Farm and Market Project.
