Check out some of the top style and shopping highlights in the Twin Cities for the next two weeks:

Nicollet Makers Market

Starting this week, the biweekly Nicollet Makers Market is going to be weekly on Wednesdays through Oct. 10. This week includes earthy Raucous Jewelry and bracelet knotting  WhatKnotShop. (Plus, don’t forget—Maker Days at Linden Hills Farmers Market is still going on every Sundays, too.) Sept. 12 from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. @ Nicollet by IDS, nicolletmakersmarket.com

Field Trip 2018

The Minneapolis Craft Market and Three Rivers Park District are taking you on their ninth annual field trip to Silverwood Park in St. Anthony. Besides perusing the different arts and goods, you can listen to live music; get creative with art activities, creative play, and nature exploration with your whole family; play lawn games; and more. While you stroll past new sculpture unveilings or poetry installations, you can snack on food truck treats or craft beers by Lakes & Legends Brewing Co. You can check out more than two dozen attending makers on the Facebook event page, but more are to come. Sept. 15 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. @ Silverwood Park, 2500 County Road E W, St. Anthony, facebook.com

Shopcicle Markets: New Products/New Craftspeople

If you’re always looking for something new and surprising from Twin Cities makers, this event is for you. If you just want to check out the first of a new series of monthly pop-up marketplaces at the Union Depot in St. Paul, this event is also for you. Every third Thursday of the month, Shopcicle Markets (by Becky Sturm of MN Christmas Market, Lowertown Pop, owner of StormSister Spatique, and more) will bring you a new pop-up social hour market with a different theme. Fitting for its debut, the theme is New Products/New Craftspeople. While you peruse the wares, get some bites and sips from Union Depot Bar & Grill—they’ll be mixing up a special cocktail for the event. Seven percent of market sales and participant booth fees will be given to The Arc Minnesota, so it’s a guilt-free time all around. Sept. 20 from 3 to 8:30 p.m. @ Union Depot, 214 Fourth St. E, St. Paul, shopciclemn.com
