Grant Whittaker Launches Runway Collection at House of 365: The women’s designer clothing store (which carries brands like Nanette Lepore, Diane von Furstenberg, Kate Spade, Jonathan Adler, and Rebecca Minkoff, among others) adds to their inventory with a new collection of one-of-a-kind statement jewelry pieces from local designer and stylist Grant Whittaker. Yevette Willaert launches Cotton & Co. Indigogo campaign: The designer’s ethical and fair-trade apparel solidifies her spot as another environmentally-conscious genius in the metro area’s ever-growing sustainable clothing movement. Cotton & Co. makes a name for itself with its commitment to social awareness and made-in-Minnesota fashions. For now, the company’s clothing styles (which include both men’s and women’s fashions) will be sold both online and in a handful of Minneapolis boutiques. Realia by Jen launches new stacking bracelet sets: Local handmade jewelry designer Jen Scheffler recently partnered with Hallmark’s Home and Family to put out four new bracelet sets. All are on sale now for just under $70 apiece. Add to your pool of summer accessories for the upcoming weekend with the “give me liberty” set, a trio of bracelets featuring red, white and gray beads.
