Manis and M. Butterfly

Come one, come all next Wednesday, May 19, to the Guthrie for a performance of M. Butterfly and indulgent spa time.

First, grab some light snacks on the fourth floor and indulge in Ivy Spa's blissful hand exfoliation with B. Kamins' maple sugar body scrub—it's the perfect time to get rid of dead skin and welcome in the spring season. After the exfoliation, which improves circulation and infuses your skin with essential nutrients, you'll receive an application of Ivy's signature scented lotion to lock in the moisture. It's one of my very favorite scents—a perfect combination of grapefruit, lavender, and tangerine.

Of course, this makes your hands primed for applause after you take in M. Butterfly, the classic tale of love and deception, starring Randy Reyes and Andrew Long.

The best part? You can get it all for only $30.  Pre-show starts at 6 p.m. and the play begins at 7:30. To purchase, call the Guthrie Box Office at 612-377-2224 and use the magic word: MNMO. Hope to see you there!
