Northeast Minneapolis’s wildly chic shop, Parc Boutique, and its owner, Thao, are celebrating their third year in business, which is quite an accomplishment these days. And there’s something good in it for you, too.

I love Thao’s basics-with-a-twist aesthetic—you can usually spot women wearing items from her shop. (I saw many cute Parc items yesterday at a photo shoot—I need to be shopping there more often!)
