The Most Gorgeous Chanel Coat

Published:

One of my most favorite things to buy is winter coats (even though I hate winter). Ask my husband. There are quite a few in our front hall closet: floor-length red cape, cobalt blue swing coat with a Peter Pan collar and three-quarter sleeves, a carnation-pink wool dress coat, my cream pea coat...

And even though I'm dreading a commute home this evening, the snow flying today was sort of poetic and gorgeous. What would make me feel more like I was a character in a novel? This amazing Chanel coat. June Resale owner Daune Stinson posted it to Facebook, and I had that weak-in-the-knees, heart-pounding, twitterpated moment that doesn't happen everyday, so I knew I had to share it with you. She identifies the style as 97A in a size 4-6; and described it as gray with a hint of brown, marabou trim, and slightly exaggerated shoulders.

I call it impeccably chic. And if I had the $1,500 to grab it, it would be mine. Maybe it will be yours? Go, quick!
